Sometimes,

people get extremely frustrated and upset over many things in life.
These things come along inevitably, they come crashing down on you.
but they are the ones which add on spice to one's bittersweet memories,
they are the ones which bring you to a higher level of maturity,
they are the ones which will shape you to be a stronger person when
facing with future challenges.
They will,

allow you to learn what you have never known in your life before.
Come to think about it, disappointment and challenges are part and parcel
of life. Without them, it would be like living in a world without salt.
Therefore, if you ever come face to face with such challenges,
be really strong and confront them!:D
If you worry you may fall back, please dont worry, because you
still have Friends who will push you up.
Please do not bury your tiredness, frustration, disapppointment, etc,
in yourself. Let it out, give yourself a break--At least till you are
strong enough to pull yourself together to give the world a confident
and true smile :D
