The Serangoon Sleepover

SLEEPOVER AT DOROTHY'S :D
It was crazy and awesomeeeeeee :D
I met Dots at Buona first - where I was reeeeally late - and we headed to Serangoon together :D
that woman was so excited to eat her Teppanyaki =.= but I could not finish! hahahahah! It was rather good :P and we had students' meal XD
I seriously thought that my stomach has grown smaller, and I cannot eat as much as previously anymore. This is good right :D
Thinking back, my jc appetite is horrendous and frightening. hur hur~

After dinner, we walked around Nex, and the best part was at the Pets' Shop!!!
There was a cute fluffy dog having a grooming session!~
AWW MANZ. and it was so guai :D heheheh~

Before heading over to her place, we bought Root beer!! And I realised Fairprice sells the cheapest one.
For 4 bottles of Bundaberg Root beer, Colds Storage - $8+, Giant - $7+, Fairprice - $6+!

CONCLUSION: FAIR PRICE FAIR PRICE.
We headed to Dots' place, and that woman very-madly made me experienced what she has been going through everyday. That is, to walk from the mrt to her house. HAHAHAH CRAZY BOM PI PI~
I fell asleep while waiting for Kwung to come back, and before I knew it, she was commenting on how big my pimples were!!!! TSK~

Stayover at Dorothy's was niceee and good, and 3 of us slept in fantastic positions on her bed hahaha!
3 WOMANLY FIGURES ON 1 SINGLE SIZED BED. HEH HEH HEH PUZZLING? :P

The next day was pretty niceee too :D went for window shopping in town, because we did not buy anything in the end wahahahah~

WOOOOOO! SOMEONE IS BACK FROM BRUNEI!~
Interesting facts of Brunei which I learned from PORKZ.

• There is only ONE SHOPPING MALL in the whole of Brunei, and it is called THE MALL!
• The only Macdonalds in Brunei, located at The Mall was under renovation!! 
• The King of Brunei is soooo rich that he has 600 Rolls Royce. Initially, I guessed 20 ok!
• He also has about 200 horses which are all imported from Argentina! They live in Air Conditioned rooms due to the difference in temperature. WOWWW
• 1 national university for all students to attend and each of them only have to pay $2 per year!! :D:D 
• He saw WU ZUN's house!!! hahhahhaa :D:D 

It seems like a place soo different from Singapore. Hopefully I can visit it oneday :D Though I doubt Chooz will wanna accompany me :P HOR? hehe!

On The night (2am, 23rd Oct 2012) , his parents and I went to the airport to pick him up! :D I've never been to the airport at such a crazy time to welcome someone home. Mchoo, this is a first.
And his parents and I planned to trick him into believing that I overslept and could not go! hahaha!
So I went into hiding when all the botaks starting coming out.
I sat at a far corner and then hid behind a pillar :P Woooooo~ My heart fluttered crazily with sooo much excitement!!! I thought it was gonna jump out manzz :P
Aahahaha only you can make me feel this way :) So blessed! :D

Our first date after being apart for about 4 weeks was at Sentosa :D I bought a super duper awesome Sentosa package WAHAHAHAHA! *proud*!!!
We watched Song Of The Seas. hahaha it was not bad :D the lights and effects were super duper cooool!! :D There were many many tourists tooooo hehe :)

Although you don't really like taking photos, you would still take them when I ask you. You don't look into the camera, but it's fine, that is rather cute. You are such a vain-pot, which tickled your mum and I so much hehe. You are amazing in an unidentified way because you make me laugh even when you are not doing anything. I am glad we can click well, and I feel blessed to be assured that we will always have each other. See Ya hehe :)

Today is a unique crazy day :D
Met up with my crazy buddy, Liang Jia Jie, who is currently clubbing at Zouk now :P

As I intended to go to the university fair held at Republic Poly, he offered to accompany me there though this was not the purpose of the meet up. Thank you :) HOWEVER, THINGS DID NOT GO AS PLANNED.
We walked, perspired like mad and finally reached Rp to realise that THE FAIR WAS YESTERDAY. HOW CARELESS CAN I GET MANZZ. I even went to check the website again the night before to confirm. & I did not realise. I deserve a box. But I know you are not gonna do that~~~ wee wee wee!
hahahaha, sat down in their office and chilled till we were cooled down! :D

What's next? ZOOOM TO TOWN :D Can you believe DL actually said he wanna go shopping at Uniqlo hahahaha! It cracked me up :P
I WAS SOOO GLAD WE WENT TO UNIQLO. IT IS HAVING A MEGA SALE NOW. AND IT WAS CRAZY. I bought a niceeee male flanner for $19.90 and some presents for my dear boyfriend :D hehehehe, Choo dude if you are reading this, you know you got to come home sooon ;) love ya :D

That was not all manz. Walked around ION, and he drank Happy Lemon's Rock Salt Cheese for the first time!! :D I know you loved it right :P hehehe~

H&M was the next stop and it was madness. SALE SALE SALE and so it was reeeeeeally crowded! 

Despite spending sooo long inside, I only bought a $5 basic jersey hurhur! 

We spent a lot of time at the guys and kids section, and look what we found!!

CUTE POLAR BEAR AND SEAL HATS! HAHAHA! They were $49 each with a pair of matching gloves. hahahhaha! soooo cute XD

Dinner at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao :D this is the cheaper Crystal Jade and I thought the prices were rather worth it :) Dinner was good though we were bloated and he felt like exploding HAHAAH! Who asked you to gei kiang and request to add more BROAD FACED NOODLES. Flour-full!!!

Dinner was nice but really full! We headed to Cineleisure and decided to watch movie!~ hahah random right. 

We chose "End of Watch", a movie featuring the police force, family, friendship and love in the most dangerous streets of Los Angeles. 

Although it was reeeeally vulgar, and at some parts scary (it is M18!!), this movie felt extremely realistic and seemed to reflect what is happening currently. Perhaps it is due to the way it is filmed, as most of the parts were presented from the first person's point of view! Many scenes unfolded from handheld cameras which the main characters held onto and survellience cameras.

It is a powerful movie, and yes, definitely worth watching :D

After the movie, we walked around Scape and decided to head home :D OH BUT WE DID NOT HEH :D

We went to fairprice finest, got some good stuffs and sat outside Candy Empire to chill :D 

Is this termed as Night Life? :P oh yeah baby~

MET WITH VIV YESTERDAY AND IT WAS NICE.

Girl ah, we meet up like once in a blue moon, so I was really happy to finally meet you yesterday ;) 

I had my first assignment at Xi Shan Primary School in the morning! FYI, that is in Yishun, and I had to report at 7.30am, which meant waking up reeeally early, chionging to the bus stop by 6.30am and realise that 171 bus service only starts at 6.38am. I WAS OHMYYYYYYING. ME GONNA BE LATE, for my first day :/ 

Things turned out fine in the end :) We had to wait around and all, so hur hur hur :D:D 

It was my first time coaching a class of 41 primary six kids who just ended their PSLE. They were really cute, happy and nice, but went really crazy at times. I had a great time going crazy myself :) It was fun :) 

I love this job :) Challenging and it will definitely make me smile. Best part is, every assignment is going to be a different experience. HOHO~

After work, headed over to meet Viv at Bukit Timah shopping centre! :D We went to all the treasure-ful shops there, and she bought 2 pieces of clothing AT THE FIRST SHOP.

 After high tea, was dinner at Clementi hahahhahahahhhah! Seriously, these two meals were completed in less than 2 hours. I think we are gluttons. Honestly speaking, my stomach size has grown smaller and I am full much much easily than last time. I used to eat like a ohmyyouareacrazypoot. Those were the days... :D

We settled for dinner at this small cute cafe in Cityvibe :D Western Takeawayssss! :D My pasta WAS SUPER DUPER SPICY.

Keyis Ng

The main purpose of this post: To inspire myself to work hard for my aspirations and goals in life.

Recently, I came across this article in Yahoo! about this Singaporean, Keyis Ng, who is currently leading his team to organise and present to the world the First Digital Fashion Week ever. It would feature top supermodels such as Andrej Pejic and would be streamed live on Youtube, Google+, Iphone, etc.

For one, it is really really nice and heartwarming to know about a Singaporean who is about to make a change so significant. The other inspiring thing is, his life was not all smooth sailing. His parents were divorced when he was 2 years old and he failed his O'levels with a score of 36 points.
After army, he came up with a creative project idea to showcase Madonna's nude pictures she took before she turned 20 years old, and hence sell these prints as well. With this, he approached Dick Lee, who was so impressed with him that he was employed as a full time staff within a month.

He soon started up his own company, STORM Creative Events Agency. Currently, his team are working on the world's first Digital Fashion Week, which is to be streamed this weekend! :D
While viewers watch the show online live, they could immediately purchase any clothing worn by the model via the Zalora webstore.

He became a self-entrepreneur at 24 years old and was the first Singaporean to be featured on global trendspotters site (zhai)!

He is an inspiration.

I guess some things in life don't come and go as we plan, and the best way to cope with it is to continue moving forward and never never give up. 
We don't settle in our comfort zone and wait.
We create our own opportunities. 

Hi Insomnia

I CANNOT FALL ASLEEP. AND THIS IS NOT REALLY GOOD CAUSE I GOT TO LEAVE THE HOUSE BY 6.30AM TODAY.

After rolling and tossing and twirling in my bed for I do not know how long, I have decided that I am probably not gonna fall asleep anytime soon. So I blog :D:D

hehehehe! Pork is coming home soooooon!! :D in 4 days time! And you know what? I am excited :D
Perhaps that is why I could not fall asleep :O Because I kept thinking about what we should do together when you are home. Crazy!! hahah I was kidding ;) I cannot wait for you to be back~

Yesterday was an awesome day :D I woke up at an unearthly hour and headed to meet Kwung and Dots at Clementi Mall :D WE FINALLY MET UP :D HEHE.
Ate lunch, played Bubble Shooter and caught up on juicy news at Mos Burger :P
To be honest, not much juice except for fantastica company~
Went to walk around the mall afterwards for a short shopping spree :P woo wooo woo wooo!

I think my phone's front camera works rather well wahahahahhaha~

Sunset in London

Time flies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss watching the Sun set while taking a tour along River Thames :D:D:D:D
On the other hand, I am glad I captured this shot for me to smile at and reminisce :D nice right hehehehehe :P 

When I think about London, the first few things that come into my mind are romantica scenes in dramas and movies HAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA!!!!!
WHO KNEW THAT I WOULD ACTUALLY VISIT THAT CITY THIS YEAR. Honestly, I did not expect this vacation until my parents popped the question to Bro and I at around Aug or Sept.
At that point of time, I was still in a state of self-denial that I am going to UK because it was simply unbelievable. Hence, while I was looking forward to the trip, I did not feel much excitement.
HOW CAN RIGHT. TSK.

Only until I was sitting on the plane, eating the yummy delicious plane food, feeling my ears get choked, and landing at Heathrow Airport, things started to get real. hahahahhaa :P It was crazy :P hehe!

Our last few days of this vacation were spent in London!! :D
and I really really really enjoyed myself :) I loved it!
The people were really nice, the weather was awesome, practically every building and architecture was truly magnificent and had a history behind it!!
I am not sure if I mentioned this earlier, but can you imagine how siao Des and I were when we first saw the phone booth and post box?? ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. Squeaky, Excited and Frantic because we had to whip out our cameras :P dang dang dang dang!~

At the area where there was Big Ben and the London Eye, DESIREE AND I GOT SOOOO INTO CAMWHORING AND TAKING PHOTOS WE GOT LOST. BUT WE DID NOT CARE. HAHAHAHAHA CAN YOU BELIEVE IT =.=
we were totally: "where are my parents ah? aiya don't know la! take photos first!!"
The thing was, my parents and bro walked SUPER DUPER FAST.
They walked superrrrr fast when we were at the Big Ben and London Eye!!!!
Doesn't make sense right!!!!
It is like walking straight pass the Eiffel Tower without taking a photo of it when you are in Paris for a vacation. Even when I walk pass Singapore Flyer, I would most probably take a photo despite being a Singaporean, moreover the London Eye and Big Ben!!!! hmph!

HAHHAHAH but thinking back it was really funny. Cause my bro and dad spent quite some time searching for us along that stretch of road :P hehe :D

After reuniting with my family, we headed over to the Westminster!! This is the cathedral where the Royals got married!! :D:D So so so beautiful! It was extremely crowded tooo XD
I have no idea how to describe that place. BUT YOU MUST VISIT IT WHEN YOU ARE THERE :)

Another enjoyable attraction was River Thames!! :D It was really nice and fun touring that river, because we bonded alot and took sooo many photos hur hur :D

hahaha ok, but we only had the time to go to 1 market :D So we chose Portobello Market :D:D
and it was really really an eye opener, because we knew we would never see something like that in Singapore. One huge reason is, the weather doesn't welcome such clothes! heh :D and, these clothes were really expensive! :/ So I doubt there would be good business if such pricey clothing were to be sold in a local weekend market. Besides, the area was superrrr huge. The rent would be too ex in Sg :/
