Anyway, I went to the VANS Warehouse yesterday!

Kwung accompanied me although she did not intend to buy anything!!! I really appreciate it manzz :)

And thanks a lot a lot for your present from China tooo :D

The warehouse sale was not a very big one. probably just the size of a huge living room :P
and there were shoes flying and being thrown everywhere! :P
hahahah, in other words, it was messy!!
There were sooo many young people there!
After walking around the whole place a few times and with the help of Kwung, I picked out 2 pairs of shoes!!
Both were the Classic VANS slip-on kind with some shoelaces in the front! :D
One pair for Sheng and the other for Mal :D
heh heh :D
Sheng's shoes were originally about $69 and Mal's were originally $80++!
but I bought each pair at $39!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D hahahhahahhaah!!
HAPPY :D
So yeah, a rather good bargain for guys since the shoes are still in good condition and can be worn in almost any type of occasion! :P
heehee! :D

Today, slack day!
Other than tuition in the morning, I'm gonna be at home the entire day with my butt sitting on either the sofa, chair or ground! haha! :)
Still, really good day, I'm thankful for it ;)

DINNER IS IMPORTANT!!!!

After a longgggg day of work, food is a form of reward :D
and dinner means food, so it's awesome heehee!! & important :D
Right after work at ICT, headed to Cityhall w Vivian for Dinner!!!!

At this super salivating Japanese Spaghetti restaurant :D
haahaha! our longgg awaited dinner :D
food tasted good, & portion was relatively big compared to other pasta restaurants selling at the $12-15 range per bowl :D
We were really bloated after dinner hahahah :)

Fusion food!! haahah :) It was delicious!! & the texture of the noodles were wwwwoooooolalala!! :D

Except that I got a little sick of it towards the end :/ 

But it was good really :D

After dinner, bloated like a balloon. We went to walk around Citylink! :D

Nothing much though. heh, ended up eating again :P 

There was a really really good reason and strong motivation ok!

& this Happy hour offer is everyday after 7.30pm!!:D

So both us swoosh in to the ice cream shop!~~

Each regular sized cone/cup could have 2 flavours chosen! :D

And the original price of one is about $6.50, so each of us only paid $3.25!!!

Worth it right???? :P:P:P

A Date w Mum :)

It was an awesome Mother-Daughter evening after work :D
hahahah :) We met up and headed to Raffles City :D
Dinner was at this Healthy Korean Restaurant named BIBIGO :D
hahahha, the food was really more towards to the healthy side but more pricey than usual. Perhaps it is due to the venue? Still, it is one place I doubt I would return for a second meal.

We went to Robinsons for a shopping spree toooo! Thanks to her new Robinsons member card -.-
Initially, I did not have any thing to purchase, but while we were waiting for the sales lady to find the price of the pants for my mum, I went to walk around, & TA DA, I ended up buying 2 shorts!!! #simplyirresistible

Ginseng Chicken! Crystal Jade Korean restaurant still wins when it comes to this dish :D  

Seafood Pancake!! This korean pancake is one different one. It has very little flour and lots of vegetables. Especially spring onions! hahah :) and yeah, squids. which tasted toooo spongy and chewy hahaha!

The movie was touching and Will Smith acted really well as expected :D

Hello June! :)

Hello everyone! :)
It's 1st June today!
Almost 1/2 of 2012 has passed, and while I've gone through this for 18 years, I am still amazed at how fast time flies. Like Swooshhhh!~
These few days have been rather crazy :D
Crazy with fun, work, uni app etc.
Recently, I went to the Bird Park with Dajie's family and Mal :D
It has probably been at least a decade since I've been to that part of Jurong!
Based on my goldfish memory, that place seemed to have changed! It's more vibrant I guess :D
Yeah, such things do change for the better :D

The upcoming day would be spent meaningful with Kwung and Kwang in the morning, and Malcolm in  the day :D and of course, Ahma's place in the evening :D

After I received the NTU letter today, I was telling Mum that ahh I'm so scared to open it. Cause it looked like a Ultimate Rejection Letter (like in-your-face) -.-
Mummy went, "okok come I help you to open!"
SEE!! So nice :D
So throughout the night, she came into my room to ask me to not think too much, while watching tv she also told me to not think about it, and to not give up. aww :)
And she talked to me about my future and that although it would be good to have a degree, it does not mean   I will succeed with it. Yes, I've heard this at least a million times from others, but it never really hit me or sounded as important to me as compared to when my Mum told it to me.
So Mum told me to think about what I want in my life in the coming years, whether it's a fulfilling career, busy life where I can fly here fly there or to start a family, etc.

Right now, I will listen to my mama, and appeal like crazy!!:D

I do not know how this post would feel like to you, but if you happen to be in the same situation as me, where you're facing a rejection by anything, don't give up :)
If you think positively, a rejection gives you the chance to let yourself know how much you yearn for something and how much you are willing to fight for it. It gives you a chance to realise that some things do not come as easily as you would wish, but instead requires some effort and craziness to become yours.

BUT HEYYA!! I cannot sleep. Partly because I woke up after 12noon today, and practically spent the entire day Slacking and Lazing around at home. Except for a few hours that I went out for tuition.
Horrible!!! :O
heehee! Anyway, many many events lately, Viv's birthday surprise, Kwung's birthday sleepover, College Day, Ahma's & Zavier's birthday dinner, dinner with Mal's family. Wah :D
So many events, and all are happy events :D
hahahhha :) I am very happy yay! :D

Tomorrow's gonna be awesome too!!! :D Waahahahha!
I'm gonna meet Mommy at Harbourfront for Lunch, and go find a nice place to sit down and read up on my swimming course, and after that meet Mommy again after her work!!

not taking for granted

These few days, I feel extremely sensitive about not taking what I have for granted. My family, parents, brother, Mal, friends, money, education, pretty and cute things, food, water, lip gloss and so on. Perhaps my that thing is coming, so say hello to think-a-lot-girl93!

I don't know. Don't know what to say. Just feel like hugging them now.

I think I've not done that in years!! It was cool, and the entry ticket, $8, was rather worth it as there was a free gift and it was exciting to go up 10 levels in the Merlion's body :P
