I do not like it when I cannot control my feelings, when my feelings and emotions become so overwhelming my brain seems to start malfunctioning.
Since young, I've learnt that positive thinking is really essential to pick me up when I face an obstacle or any disappointment. I told this my mum, and she said that being too positive and too optimistic can sometimes take the wrong turn and I tend to become naive and unrealistic.

And what she said, hurt. I was stumped for words and did not know why she had to topple my happy thoughts and hopes down.
But yes, now I know. She loves me. She knows I am someone who would think too highly of my abilities and become complacent even before the real challenge has arrived.

Today, I look at myself in the mirror, and I tell myself that there are only less 50 days to Alevels. And it's my choice on how I would want the outcome of this task to turn out to be.

Push on :)
It's not easy, but you can really make it, because you're more than who you think you are. You can do much more than the amount you've been doing. You can be stronger than the person you've been till now. Jiayou :)

Preliminary Examinations 2011

After my Chem paper 1 was collected, I realised I had written the wrong Exam Title as it was written kind of clearly on the cover page of the question paper.
Tian ah.

ohwell!!:D But this part of my jc life is over. This part as in, Prelims :D

We headed out for Post Prelim Activities - Brunch at Bishan followed by Karaoke at Teo Heng in Katongggg!
:D haahahha! As much as it was crazy and quite toot, I really enjoyed our unintentional, mad and nonsensical tour around the shopping centre to find the Teo Heng KTV venue :P
1st floor >> 2nd floor >> Basement >> 3rd floor >> OUTDOOR CARPARK >> 3rd floor >> 1st floor - TEO HENG :D hahahahahah! (if I did not get the order wrong :P)
And so, we totally pwn-ed ourselves for walking around all over the place when where we wanted to go was simply just right beside us the moment we stepped inside the shopping centre.

I guess such things are inevitable in life right? Whether when it comes to friendship, love, things we like, things we detest, more often than not, the simplest method to reach our goal or get what we want is directly in front of us. :) We just got to open our eyes larger and be more observant and sensitive of the people around us and our surroundings :D

I really enjoyed myself today!:) Thank you for the company, Cute and Nice and Greattttt people from 0810 :D:D heehee!!!!:D



Anyway, sometimes, when I hurt someone, I think I know it. Perhaps I may be thinking too much, but that uneasy feeling and discomfort really stirs up my emotions and make my thoughts go wild. haha :) So if you feel this way too, you're not alone!:D

According to National Geog, practically every shop owner in Japan hires maffias to protect them just in case they are mistreated (in their perspective) by customers. In other words, should the shop keeper feels that you've bullied him or have taken advantage of him in any way, he'll send maffias coming your way! :S
For girls, the maffias would be likely to hold them in custody and even send them to prostitution!!
For guys, i don't know. ohwell.
But yeah, the scary maffias will force you to cut off your finger as well.

Scary or what. hmm. As much as we all presume and view Japan as a rather developed economy, who knew such a dark side is actually still existing. Singapore is really very safe :) Let's cherish it ok :D

Hmm. And I did not feel as sad as I thought I would when Invest ended yesterday.

More surprisingly, I felt like a new person :D

I know I can only say for myself, and I would say I've changed in mentality and attitude towards things I commit to and decide to be respoonsible for. This council term, began rather bleakly, with much uncertainty on how I would fare, what I would learn, who I would build strong bonds with, how I would overcome my fears and weaknesses, how I would improve, who I would disappoint, who I would make feel proud. Along the way, there were some who came and go, there were some who came and stayed, there were some who remained where they were. Each of these people, made a difference to me. And I would like to sincerely thank you, for impacting me, and letting me learn something from you which I probably would not learn from anywhere else :D Remain awesome, and always keep in mind our focus now, Alevels. To my teachers, especially Mr Chia and Ms Zhu, the way you talked to me everytime, and the way you encouraged us everytime, made my heart sink, and my eyes welled up with tears inevitably. Power Words, Power Energy, Power Strengthhhhh :D Thank you very much :D

Went for service on Academic Excellence at Mark's church yesterday. Heart of God Church :D
It was really awesome :D:D I'm proud to say that I have more confidence in myself now!!!

and I'm lucky to be born in this country, in this family of Phuas :D heehee.

I am horrible at dealing and confronting my feelings. I lose myself when I think too much. I say things which mean the total opposite of what I hope things would turn out to be. I do not really know who I am sometimes, and so, I'll ask myself.

We headed to LOT1, the awesome place after that! The West Siders, Lena and Kun Xian :PPPPPP hahhhahahh wooo hooo ^^ so zhai right! Main purpose was to go there for Fries :P hahaah we window shopped a lot around that cute mall and went for our Fries and Mos-Milk Tea after that :D
